I. The status of the service and how it is to be promoted
I.1.Status

The criminal record service is now a developed one since its provision has been computerized and brought closer to the users by being provided at the headquarters of the National Public Prosecution Authority for those living in Kigali city and its surroundings, at Prosecution on Intermediate Level for those across the provinces, and at the Rwandan embassies in different countries for those outside the country.
